Steps in
PERSONALIZING your design
Submission of
Image – choose either A or B
Step A:
1) Download this
personalization form and print it. Fill it up completely and
sign it. Fax the SIGNED form to 724-1142.
2) Email your design image to this address:
personalize@gmask.com.ph.
Step B:
1) get a form from any of our outlets. Fill-it up completely and
sign it.
2) Leave the signed copy with our staff TOGETHER with a CD of
your design image.
For Both Steps A and B:
3) Once received, our staff will contact you to verify it,
within 3 working days.
4) We will then ANALYZE your design and give you feedback
whether it is suitable for printing or not.
5) If the design is suitable, we will request you to pay in
advance.
6) Once we confirm receipt of payment, your design will be
processed.
7) After the appropriate waiting time, we will inform you and
request you to tell us which outlet you want your gadget to be
wrapped. Your design will be sent to that outlet within 2
working days.

Pricing
There will be an EXTRA charge on top of the normal retail price.
This amount is to partly cover the costs of freight, since the
printing will be done in Singapore. Our company will partly
shoulder the costs of the freight too so that the charge is not
too high for the customer.

1) if the number of gadgets to be wrapped in the SAME design is
more than 1, the EXTRA charge will not increase
2) additional surface (for example, the inside of a flipphone )
costs P 350, while laptop costs P 1,600
Payment Scheme
Customer is required to FULLY PREPAY for this service, either A
or B.
Step A – go to our outlet and pay the FULL AMOUNT
Step B – deposit the FULL AMOUNT to this bank account at any Banco de Oro branch (Account number
BDO # 219-000-3438, Account
Name: FIRST GMASK PHILS, INC.). After depositing, write your
name on the DEPOSIT SLIP and you MUST fax the DEPOSIT SLIP to 724-1142, or scan it and email it to personalize@gmask.com.ph
We will call you to verifty AFTER we receive payment. If you
don’t get a call from us in 2 days, pls call us directly at
727-4198.
Delivery
There will be a cut-off date of every 15th and 30th of every
month for submission of designs.
1) if the design is submitted and paid for from 1 to 14th of the
month – the delivery will be on the 21st of that month
2) if the design is submitted and paid for from 15th to 29th of
the month – the delivery will be on the 7th of the succeeding
month
* these delivery dates are an estimate ONLY; it is subject to
change without prior notice
Important Notices
1) We do not guarantee that the design will look good on your
gadget. The customer bears the responsibility of accepting the
final print-out of the design. Although we will do our best to
make it as good as possible, the customer MUST UNDERSTAND and
ACCEPT that the FINAL OUTCOME of some designs may not be as
expected. We will not accept any REFUND for design complaints.
2) We will NOT edit nor change the DIMENSIONS of your design. It
is customer’s responsibility to make sure that the dimensions
are correct. The SUBMITTED design must be READY TO PRINT – AS
IS.
3) The customer bears ALL RESPONSIBILITY for copyright issues.
We are only offering our wrapping service, the personalized
design is a value-added printing service only.
