1) What is GMASK?

GMASK means protecting and beautifying your electronic gadgets with a superior Japanese protective film through a wrapping process by our specially – trained staff! It is wrapped by hand to cover the entire surface of the gadget, or that portion that you want to cover, to make it SCRATCH resistant, WEATHER and SWEAT resistant.

3) How long can the wrap last?

Our wraps are made in Japan. With our superior Japanese protective film, the GMASK wrap can protect your electronic gadgets for 5 to 7 years! However, as with all products, the wrap is subject to normal wear and tear.

4) Why is the wrap able to last 5 to7 years?

We are using a superior protective film which we have the exclusive distributor rights from Japan . The wrap is also sealed with stripes of film added to the sides of your gadgets. You may view the “live” wrapping process for a better understanding!

5) How long is the wrapping process?

Typically, it takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the type of your electronic gadget. For very complex gadgets, it could take longer. The wrapping procedure is complex and our trained staff takes great care in wrapping your gadgets.

6) Can the wrap be removed?

Yes, it is easy to take off and can be done by anyone. Just peel off the stripes at the sides first and peel off the remaining slowly. We assure you that there will be NO STAINS / RESIDUE after removal of our GMASK wrap.

7) Will wrapping the keypads or button areas affect the button sensitivity?

No. This is because GMASK is so thin you won't feel a thing. In fact, the touch is better than the rubber-silicone cover that others use. However, our wraps are very customizable and you may choose not to wrap the keypad or button area subject to your preference.

8) How was GMASK originated?

More than 6 years ago, a Japanese innovated the idea of using protective films, which were meant for laminating outdoor signage boards, to wrap on gadgets. GMASK was set up to allow everyone here to enjoy these services. It became a big hit in Japan and Korea and is now one of the hottest trends in Singapore , Malaysia , Indonesia and even India .
